Manage your savings accounts online
In October 2021 we launched an enhanced online banking service which gives our customers greater freedom over how they manage their accounts.
This means that, for a short time, we are running two online banking services, one for customers that applied for accounts before October 2021 and one for those that applied after. Please read the following instructions carefully.
If you have an account that opened before October 2021 you will need to register for our new online banking portal by the 31st December 2022. To make this process as smooth as possible we are writing to customers informing them of their unique customer ID and inviting them to register. You can only register once you have received your unique customer ID. If you have already received this, then please click here to register.
If you opened an account after October 2021 or have live accounts opened both before and after October 2021 then you are already using our latest online banking facility which can be accessed here.
